2. Consultation Fees

Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable as they cover the time and professional expertise provided by our consultants during the session.

3. Service Fee Refunds

A portion of the service fee may be refundable under specific circumstances. If you wish to withdraw your application after engaging our services, a refund may be issued after deducting an amount for the work already completed, administrative costs, and applicable taxes. The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid to government authorities, skills assessment bodies, or any other third party on your behalf are strictly non-refundable. Baltic Migrations is not responsible for refunding these amounts.

5. Application Rejection

Our service is to assist you in preparing and submitting your application to the best of our ability. As the final decision is made by the immigration authorities, we do not offer refunds in the event of a negative application outcome, unless specified otherwise in your service agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@balticmigrations.com, detailing the reason for the request. We will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
