4. Fees and Payments

All fees for our services must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Government fees, medical examination fees, and other third-party costs are separate and are the sole responsibility of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Baltic Migrations and its employees will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from application rejection, delays, or any other action by government authorities. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the client for our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
